Returns Policy
Goods incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost, if a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued) a full refund will be processed.
Incorrectly purchased items may be returned at the courier cost of the customer – The goods must be returned undamaged and unused and must be insured, both at your cost, with all accessories supplied, in the original packaging within 7 calendar days. No credit will be passed on original delivery charges and insurance, if opted for.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct, Combat Tactical will not be held responsible for goods correctly delivered to the customers supplied address. The customer will be held responsible for any additional costs resulting from change of address once goods have been shipped. The sale will be deemed complete if goods are delivered to the initial address supplied by the customer.
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted by us, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item.
Proof of banking details for refunds have to be emailed to us directly. Without a bank confirmation letter, no refunds will be processed. Refunds take 7 – 10 working days to be processed.
